2 – Unloading and delivery of the stand equipment

Nos chariots élévateurs déchargeront le matériel de stand et nos équipes de manutention, reparties par zone d’exposition, le livreront sur les emplacements des stands inscrits sur les étiquettes, à partir du 24 Septembre 2019.

3 – Customs formality

The Customs formalities will be done only for the stand equipment coming from or going to a non-EU Country.

MATHEZ ONSITE LOGISTICS will customs clear the shipment with the pro-forma invoices, once released by French Customs, stand equipment will be ready for delivery on stand, or for shipping.

All types of Customs formalities are available:

  • ATA carnet formality
  • temporary importation formality
  • final importation formality
  • transit formality
  • final exportation formality

For the final importation formality, MATHEZ ONSITE LOGISTICS will pay up front on your behalf the eventual import taxes and duties to French Customs and will invoice them to you at cost, after the exhibition.

The storage of the empties

The “empty storage” labels will be given to you on the delivery of your stand equipment to the stand location. They must be put them on each parcel once empty.

MATHEZ ONSITE LOGISTICS will pick up on stand, store during the exhibition period the empty cases or pallets, and return them back to stand on October 5th 2019 before 6.00 am.

5 – The return transport of the stand equipment

Shipping instructions form and new MATHEZ ONSITE LOGISTICS labels will be available at our MATHEZ ONSITE LOGISTICS / MATHEZ WAREHOUSE, from October 5th 2019 7.00 am. (see access map)

For final destination outside the European Union this form must be returned, dully filled along with a proforma invoice and a packing list to MATHEZ ONSITE LOGISTICS staff during the collect on stand.

Each parcel must be properly packed and labelled with the final consignee address.

6 – Annual storage

We are pleased to inform you that the stand equipment can be stored in our warehouse in Nice until any future exhibition. A quote will be returned on request.

Our warehouse is situated in Nice, and is fully protected by alarm and video systems.

The non-EU country stand equipment can also be stored in our “bonded area”, without paying French VAT and duties.

The stored stand equipment will be systematically insured on declared value basis.
